This Cancellation Policy sets out how AL Abrish Technologies FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, handles the cancellation of any product or service we provide.

Our services include — but are not limited to — software development, website design, mobile app development, cloud hosting and infrastructure, WhatsApp Business API integration (as an official META partner in 180+ countries), IT consulting, network solutions, disaster recovery, and managed IT services.

We understand that circumstances can change. Whether due to internal business priorities, budget constraints, or strategic decisions, clients may sometimes need to cancel services. This policy ensures cancellations are handled fairly, consistently, and with minimal disruption to both parties.

1. Cancellation Notice Periods

The required notice period for cancellation depends on the type of service:

Subscription-Based Services

  • WhatsApp Business API: 30 days written notice
  • Cloud Hosting & Infrastructure: 30 days written notice
  • Managed IT Services: 30 days written notice
  • Monthly Retainer Services: 30 days written notice

Project-Based Services

  • Software Development Projects: 14 days written notice
  • Website & App Development: 14 days written notice
  • IT Consulting Projects: 7 days written notice
  • One-time Services: 48 hours written notice

2. How to Cancel Services

To cancel any service, you must:

  1. Submit a written cancellation request to alabrish.technologies@gmail.com
  2. Include your account details, service details, and reason for cancellation
  3. Specify your desired cancellation date
  4. Provide any necessary account access information for service termination

Verbal cancellations are not accepted. All cancellations must be in writing to ensure proper documentation and processing.

3. Cancellation Fees & Charges

Early Termination Fees

  • Subscription Services: No early termination fee if proper notice is given
  • Project Services: Charges for work completed up to cancellation date
  • Custom Development: Payment for all completed milestones and work-in-progress

Refund Policy

  • Prepaid services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused periods
  • No refunds for services already delivered or work completed
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation approval

4. Service Termination Process

Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
  2. Review your account and service status
  3. Calculate any outstanding charges or refunds
  4. Provide you with a termination summary
  5. Schedule the service termination date
  6. Assist with data migration if required

5. Data & Asset Handling

Upon service cancellation:

  • You will have 30 days to download or transfer your data
  • We will provide assistance with data export if requested
  • After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted
  • Custom code and assets developed for you remain your property
  • We will provide source code and documentation as agreed in your contract

6. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We may waive notice periods or fees in cases of:

  • Service quality issues that we cannot resolve
  • Extended service outages beyond our control
  • Significant changes in our service offering
  • Force majeure events affecting service delivery
  • Mutual agreement between both parties

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our cancellation terms or charges:

  3. If no agreement is reached, the case may proceed to mediation under UAE law
