Terms & Conditions of Promotions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use, participation, and redemption of any promotional offers, discounts, giveaways, or special campaigns run by AL Abrish Technologies FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Promotions may apply to our range of services, including (but not limited to) software development, website and app development, cloud solutions, WhatsApp Business API subscriptions (as an official META partner in 180+ countries), IT consulting, managed IT services, and other digital technology solutions.

By participating in any promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in addition to our Refund & Dispute Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Legal or Export Restrictions.

1. Eligibility

• Promotions are open to individuals or businesses aged 18 or older, unless stated otherwise.
• Some promotions may be limited to customers in specific regions or countries due to legal, regulatory, or export restrictions.
• Employees, contractors, and partners of AL Abrish Technologies FZCO, as well as their immediate family members, may be excluded from certain promotional offers unless explicitly allowed.
• Eligibility for promotions involving the WhatsApp Business API is also subject to META's platform policies and geographic availability.

2. Promotion Types Covered by These Terms

These terms apply to:

• Percentage or fixed-amount discounts on services
• Free trial periods for subscription-based services
• Bundle offers or package upgrades
• Giveaways, contests, or sweepstakes
• Limited-time service add-ons
• Early sign-up bonuses
• Referral rewards and loyalty credits

3. Promotion Duration

• Each promotion will have a clearly stated start and end date.
• Offers are valid only within the stated time frame.
• AL Abrish Technologies FZCO reserves the right to extend, shorten, or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

4. Redemption Rules

• Promotions must be claimed before the promotion period ends; expired promotions cannot be redeemed.
• Promotional discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Some promotions may require the use of a specific promo code at the time of booking or payment.
• Discounts apply only to the services listed in the promotion and may exclude custom work, third-party costs, or add-ons.
• Free or discounted services under a promotion may be limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment & Refund Conditions for Promotions

• Any discounted or free trial service obtained under a promotion is still subject to our standard payment terms once the promotional period ends.
• Refunds for services purchased under a promotion will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the full standard price.
• If a customer cancels a service purchased under a promotion before completion, the refund will be handled according to our Refund & Dispute Policy and Cancellation Policy.

6. Misuse & Disqualification

We reserve the right to deny or revoke promotional benefits if we detect:

• Fraudulent activity, such as creating multiple accounts to claim offers
• Use of promotions for illegal, prohibited, or export-restricted purposes
• Violation of META/WhatsApp API usage rules (for relevant promotions)
• Breach of any of AL Abrish Technologies FZCO's policies or applicable laws

7. Export & Legal Restrictions

Promotions may not be available to customers in countries or regions subject to:

• United Arab Emirates trade restrictions
• United Nations, U.S., or EU sanctions
• META's restricted countries list for WhatsApp Business API services

If you are located in a restricted jurisdiction, we may be unable to honor your participation in certain promotions.

8. Intellectual Property

• All promotional materials, designs, and content remain the property of AL Abrish Technologies FZCO.
• Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or modify promotional materials without prior written consent.

9. Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

AL Abrish Technologies FZCO reserves the right to:

• Modify promotion terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
• Cancel a promotion early if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances
• Limit the number of participants or redemptions in any given promotion

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from a promotion must first be submitted in writing to alabrish.technologies@gmail.com.
• If unresolved, disputes will follow the same procedure outlined in our Refund & Dispute Policy.
• The laws of the United Arab Emirates will govern all promotional disputes, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Dubai.
