This policy applies to all solutions we provide — including software development, website and app development, cloud hosting, WhatsApp Business API (as an official META partner in 180+ countries), IT consulting, managed IT services, network solutions, and other digital products.

1. Compliance with Export Control Laws

• We comply with United Arab Emirates export control regulations and, where applicable, the export laws of other jurisdictions such as the United States (Export Administration Regulations – EAR), the European Union Dual-Use Regulation, and other national trade laws.
• Some products, technologies, or software provided by AL Abrish Technologies FZCO may require specific licenses or government authorizations before they can be exported or transferred internationally.
• Customers who purchase or use our services are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses or permits required by the relevant authorities in their own country or region.

2. Restricted Countries, Territories & End-Users

We may not provide our services, either directly or indirectly, to individuals, organizations, or governments in regions subject to:

• United Nations sanctions
• UAE Ministry of Economy trade restrictions
• U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions
• EU Consolidated Financial Sanctions List
• META/WhatsApp Business API geographic restrictions

These restrictions may include, but are not limited to:

• Prohibited countries under international sanctions
• Regions with active military embargoes
• Entities involved in weapons proliferation, human rights violations, terrorism, or cybercrime

3. Prohibited Uses of Our Products & Services

Our solutions must not be used for:

• Development, production, or deployment of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons
• Military or defense-related activities prohibited under international treaties
• Support of terrorist activities, money laundering, or organized crime
• Conducting surveillance or cyberattacks in violation of privacy and cybersecurity laws
• Distributing malicious software, ransomware, or any form of hacking tools
• Any activity that breaches META's WhatsApp Business Platform policies or third-party vendor terms
• Providing services to blacklisted individuals or companies as per UAE or international law

4. Technology & Data Transfer Restrictions

Certain technologies, especially those related to encryption, AI algorithms, and communication platforms, may be classified as "controlled technologies" under export control regulations. Customers must not:

• Transfer such technologies outside approved jurisdictions without proper licenses
• Resell or redistribute our software to prohibited entities
• Use our platforms to bypass regional restrictions or sanctions

5. Customer Responsibilities

Before purchasing or using our products and services, customers must:

• Confirm that the service is legal in their country or region
• Understand and comply with all applicable export laws and sanctions
• Avoid sharing access to our services with prohibited individuals or organizations
• Notify us immediately if they suspect their account is being used for restricted purposes

6. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

AL Abrish Technologies FZCO reserves the right to:

• Refuse service if we believe it may breach UAE or international export laws
• Suspend or terminate services without prior notice if we discover violations
• Report suspected illegal activity to relevant national or international authorities
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement or regulatory bodies investigating violations

7. Industry-Specific Considerations

For industries like banking, government, energy, and defense, additional compliance requirements may apply, including enhanced due diligence, background checks, and ongoing monitoring. Customers in these sectors may be asked to provide documentation proving compliance with applicable laws.

8. Penalties for Non-Compliance

Violations of export laws can lead to:

• Immediate termination of service agreements without refund
• Financial penalties or forfeiture of funds paid
• Legal action under UAE law and, where applicable, foreign jurisdiction laws
• Permanent ban from using AL Abrish Technologies FZCO's services
